June 10, 2007	Besao, Mountain Province	Huey helicopter	chopper encountered problems, forcing the pilot to crash land; 5 army and 2 air force personnel were injured
May 22, 2007	Liloan, Cebu	Huey helicopter	the chopper made an emergency landing and crashed into a vacant lot; everyone onboard -- 2 pilots and 2 crew members -- survived the mishap
April 28, 2007	Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu	Huey helicopter	the chopper was on its way back to Mactan Airbase, coming from a training flight; it fell on top of two tricycles on a street in Barangay Gun-Ob; nine were killed (two from the chopper and seven from the tricycles)
January 24, 2006	Paombong, Bulacan	OV-10	the plane exploded in mid-air; the pilot went down with the aircraft as he steered it away from a residential area; his co-pilot ejected from the plane and survived
May 24, 2005	Loakan, Baguio	T-41D (Cessna training plane)	the plane was one of seven PAF aircraft which took off from the San Fernando Airbase in Lipa, Batangas on May 23 for a cross-country navigation training; the group flew over Tarlac and Pangasinan before landing in Baguio on May 24, the ill-fated plane crashed a few minutes after taking off from the Loakan Airport; four people were killed in the mishap
April 28, 2005	Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija	Huey helicopter	former PHIVOLCS director Raymundo Punongbayan and 8 others died in the helicopter crash; the group was conducting a hazard assessment survey when the accident occurred
March 17, 2004	Lipa, Batangas	T-41 D	the aircraft crash landed on an open agricultural field shortly after take off from the Fernando Air Base in Lipa, Batangas; no casualties
January 9, 2004	Cebu City	Huey helicopter	what was supposed to be a "simulated" emergency landing turned out to be an actual crash landing when a PAF Huey helicopter encountered engine trouble in mid-flight; two pilots and two trainees were injured
April 16, 2003	Dolores, Quezon	helicopter (type not specified in the report)	the helicopter was responding to a fire incident when it encountered a mechanical problem; the pilot made and emergency landing; the rough landing injured the seven people onboard the chopper
January 21, 2003	San Jose, Nueva Ecija	Huey helicopter	the chopper tried three times to land on Mt. Williams amid strong winds; five soldiers and four mediamen -- including GMA7 reporter Jiggy Manicad and cameraman Greg Gonzales) -- were injured in the crash
December 17, 2002	sea in the vicinity of Zamboanga	nomad plane	the plane came from a medical mission in Tawi-Tawi and was headed for the Andrews Airbase in Zamboanga; it encountered a mechanical problem and crashed into the sea; all 13 people onboard survived the crash
December 12, 2002	Sto. Tomas, Batangas	SF-260	the trainer aircraft crashed into a factory; two pilots and a factory worker were killed while several others were injured
May 2, 2002	Mabalacat, Pampanga	F-5 fighter jet	the pilot was killed in the crash; some buildings of the Mabalacat Central school were partially damaged
January 14, 2002	Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija	S-211 training jet	two pilots and four civilians were killed when the aircraft crashed along M. H. Garcia Street; at least 21 houses were burned in the mishap
March 26, 2001	Mabalacat, Pampanga	OV-10	the aircraft came from Sangley Point, Cavite and was headed for Clark Airbase when it crashed; 1 person was killed while another was injured
July 2, 2000	off the shore of Cagayancillo Island, Palawan	Nomad plane	AFP Western Command chief Maj. Gen. Santiago Madrid, Jr. was killed in the crash
