CEB Inaugurates ILO-DRP, TAG, DTE

Low cost carrier Cebu Pacific has inaugurated its resumption of flight to Legaspi after opening Tagbilaran yesterday, as it flies 5J4810 to Bicol International Airport thrice a week. On December 3, CEB will fly Dumaguete thrice a week.

Meanwhile, Flight 5J4835, departed Iloilo International Airport at 2:10 PM heading to Panglao International Airport.

"At Cebu Pacific, we continue to explore new opportunities to bring every Juan closer together as we remain committed to making air travel more convenient and affordable across the Philippines,” said Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer.

Today, CEB will serve a total of 14 destinations from Iloilo, including two international routes: Hong Kong and Singapore.

 

Meanwhile, Flight 5J4835, departed Iloilo International Airport at 2:10 PM heading to Panglao International Airport arriving 4:30 PM.

CEB Reinstates ILO-HKG

Low Cost Carrier Cebu Pacific (CEB) has resumed flights to Hong Kong from Iloilo Sunday evening last week as it flew  5J 242 taking off 11 p.m on Oct 27, 2024 with Airbus A320neo aircraft. The airline will fly four flights weekly from Iloilo to Hong Kong every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The international flights were suspended in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile CEB will also resume its direct flight to Singapore in November 25 as its second international destination.

 

 

CEB Reopens Iloilo Hub

Low Cost Carrier (LCC) Cebu Pacific (CEB) has continued its hub building in Iloilo airport as it offers new routes outside Metro Manila with the relaunch of flights from Iloilo to Tacloban and new flight from Iloilo to Zamboanga starting October.

In a statement on Wednesday, the airline said it would offer Iloilo-Tacloban flights four times a week by Oct. 27, while the Iloilo-Zamboanga route will commence on Oct. 28 and will be operated thrice weekly with ATR72 aircraft.

Flights to Tacloban will be every Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, while new Zamboanga flight begins October 28 and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

“The addition of our new domestic routes from Iloilo aligns with our mission of making air travel accessible to a wider range of passengers.” Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer Xander Lao said. 

 "We look forward to flying more Juans across our growing inter-island network and better enabling them to discover the beautiful islands of the Philippines," Lao adds.

In July, Cebu Pacific announced that it was reopening direct flights from Iloilo to Hong Kong and Singapore in October 27. 

The budget carrier flies Manila, Cebu, and Davao domestically.
