Manila — The Philippines and Bahrain have signed a new deal allowing four more extra flights between the two countries, the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) said Wednesday.
From the current 14 weekly flight entitlements, one frequency is added to Manila, while the remaining three was allocated for Clark. One entitlement is the equivalent of one 150-seater flight.
CAB executive director Carmelo Arcilla said the two governments have approved the additional flights subject to a condition that flight entitlement to Clark be used first before new entitlements will be added in the future.
