The
European Commission Directorate General for Transport has invited the Philippine Civil Aviation Authority
for a meeting in Brussels on April 16 to discuss the terms on the lifting of European Union ban on Philippine carriers to fly its airspace.
“We expect the lifting of the ban by June.”Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Deputy
Director General John C. Andrews said.
Meanwhile, the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has notified its counterpart that it will be conducting its own separate audit this year. No date has been set. |
