  4. Zamboanga International Airport (ZIA) will be open Thursday to accommodate two flights from both Philippine Airlines Express and Cebu Pacific, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced this afternoon.

CAAP said the airport will be open at 1 a.m. Thursday to accommodate the special flights.
